On 1 July 2019 the European Commission published the first outline document for Horizon Europe – Strategic Planning – Summer 2019. The document is a plan for implementing Horizon Europe, the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2021 –2027, setting out the overall priorities for the €94.1 billion programme, to inform the interested stakeholders and stimulate a co-design process.
